We are fed up with the traffic jam in the Hong Kong Island because of the demonstration blocking the trunk road but I was able to stay away this troublesome area today.
We started at Eastern residential area with some great foodie items congee and dumplings for breakfast. Then, headed to the Stanley Market by double deck bus, strolled around for a while and bought some souvenir, followed by minibus going to the Aberdeen for a sampan ride. Since the client would like to use more time on downtown, we just passed the Jumbo Floating restaurant. We spent some time in Aberdeen core area and found interesting tangerine skin hanging around and the roasted knuckle, roasted duck head, preserved duck and sausage everywhere.
When we arrived Sheung Wan, I rearranged the standard the tour the other way. We visited the dried seafood stalls first, then Man Mo Temple, Graham market and ended at the Peak Tram Terminus .  Clients could spend their time as much as they wished in the Peak lookout area, shopping mall and might be staying until evening, though today there was smog around. But it would be nice to have a leisure walk round the headland which would be an hour and a half, and that’s my suggestion to clients as they voiced out that they loved the green elements very much.
